Employer Counter College

| Free
JA Counter, 1477 South Knowles Ave
New Richmond, WI 54017 United States

Business owners and executive leadership teams all want the same thing–to be the employer of choice.  This doesn’t happen by accident.  It takes a concerted effort to build and maintain an effective attraction and retention strategy.  But with the daily pressures of putting out fires and “reacting” to the day-to day-needs of the workforce, it can sometimes be hard to see the trees through the forest.  How do you effectively carve out time to build strategy for your organization?

This session “How do you get it all done AND move the strategic ball down the road” of the Employer Counter College series will review how to keep the strategic ball moving while  juggling the rest of your priorities and obligations in an extremely demanding position.

Don’t miss our next series Making Connections in the Community on April 14, 2020.
