Alicia Schwartz, REBC
Alicia Schwartz is a Benefit Consultant with JA Counter, Alera. As a Benefit Consultant, she provides guidance on benefit selection, total reward strategies, and the implementation and administration of benefits. Alicia’s goal is to be an extension of your organization, working to strategically plan and develop a world-class total rewards package that meets the needs of the organization and their employees.
Alicia has been working for over 20 years within the employer and captive insurance industries. Alicia is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC®) and holds her insurance licenses in for Life, Health and Property and Casualty. She lives in New Richmond with her husband and three sons. She enjoys family time taking long road trips and being outside, as well as DIY projects, tending to her garden and chickens and volunteering in the community.
