Alyssa’s role as the Office Manager at JA Counter includes far more than it seems. Alyssa provides first point of contact for JA Counter office calls, walk ins and appointments, and manages receptions and office operations. She serves the office on project management and general staff support, as well as supporting the account management team by working as a Benefit Advocate as a direct contact for employer groups, human resources teams and employees. Alyssa sets the tone in the office through her positive and energetic nature and provides clients access to the resources they need while maintaining the exception JA Counter experience. Alyssa has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and has been a New Richmond resident for over 20 years. She enjoys spending her free time reading, camping and relaxing with her family and friends.
