Alyssa’s role as an Account Coordinator at JA Counter includes supporting the consultants and account management team by working as an advocate and direct contact for employer groups, human resources teams and their employees. Alyssa sets the tone in the office through her positive and energetic nature and provides clients access to the resources they need while maintaining an exceptional JA Counter experience. Alyssa has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and has been a New Richmond resident for over 20 years. She enjoys spending her free time reading, camping and relaxing with her family and friends.
