Bernie Falco
Bernie Falco is the Managing Partner of E3 Outsource, An Alera Group Company, after serving as founder and President of E3 Outsource in 2017. Bernie started in the insurance business in 1996 and currently holds both his Life & Health and P&C insurance licenses. With over 25 years of experience beginning on the insurance company side of the business, Bernie made the transition to consulting in 2011 with a focus on the mid to large size company market. It was during that time that Bernie starting working more closely with the HR team in developing service options dedicated to helping employees gain more knowledge & understanding of how their benefits work using live personalized support. It was in 2017 that Bernie dedicated himself to employee support by establishing E3 Outsource, which acts as an extension of the company HR team in providing a highly customized employee benefits support center staffed with licensed benefits coaches. E3 Outsource currently operates in all 50 states providing live support for over 75,000 employees.
Bernie is a graduate of the University of Georgia and resides in Lake Mary, FL, with his wife of 24 years and their three children.
