Maruchi Fraga, Team Lead of Benefit Counselors has been with Alera Group for six years. Maruchi is responsible for ensuring fantastic service is provided to all members calling in to the Benefit Counselor service center.
Born in Cuba, Maruchi grew up in South Florida and no resides in Tennessee. She spent 32 years in the Optical business in leadership and business ownership roles.
Integrity, loyalty and honesty are foundational to how Maruchi and her team approach what they do.
Outside of work, Maruchi enjoys spending time with family and is a grandmother of two boys 13 and 12 years old. Seasonally, she runs a Cuban food truck "La Cubanita" and she loves to plan the spoons, guitar and enjoys fishing!
