Plan Needs Assessment
Based on the stated objectives of the Plan Sponsor and its representatives, we will conduct a needs assessment for the Plan, based on such factors as the Plan's size, participation rates, investment options and current status. We will then recommend a course of action regarding key provisions of the Plan.

Facilitate Provider Selection
Our advisors will assist in establishing selection criteria (which may consider costs, investment options and services) based on the stated objectives of the Plan Sponsor and its representatives.   In accordance with such criteria, the next step is to assist the Plan in assessing different providers' abilities to meet your stated objectives.

Participant Education
We organize and conduct meetings with plan participants on features and benefits of the Plan, and deliver general financial education for Plan participants.

Qualified Plan Consulting – Fiduciary Activities

Investment Policy Statement Generation and Review
JA Counter will recommend an Investment Policy Statement or use the Plan Sponsor's existing Investment Policy Statement to define, implement and monitor the Plan Sponsor's investment strategy.

Recommendation of Investment Options
Our staff performs due diligence reviews and recommends investment options for selection by the Plan Sponsor.

Monitor Investment Performance
We regularly review investment performance against appropriate index benchmark, peer group and Investment Policy Statement objectives, and deliver quarterly monitoring reports. In addition, we coordinate investment option selection, de-selection and communication concerning the process of changing investment options in the Plan.

Investment Committee Services
Our professional staff will coordinate/facilitate meetings with Plan trustees and review performance with investment committees.
