About the Speakers

  • Andy Rineck

    Financial Advisor, Wealth Services

    Andy Rineck joined JA Counter in October 2017. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and has 8 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Andy is passionate about working with individuals, families and businesses to create solutions that meet their financial goals. He brings extensive knowledge about investment, estate, and tax planning to assist clients planning for retirement, college savings, budgeting, and expenditure control. Andy is active in the St. Croix Valley and is currently a member of the River Falls Fire Department.
  • Jessica Langeness

    Licensed Insurance Agent, Medicare & Individual Insurance

    Jessica joined JA Counter in April of 2014 with 8 years of experience working in the insurance industry assisting clients with claims and other insurance questions. Jessica provided administrative support to the office and later moved into the Individual Insurance Advocate role supporting our individual and Medicare clients. Jessica also works in the Transition Counts program to support individuals transitioning between employment with their insurance and benefit options after any employment termination. Jessica is frequently praised for her ability to make complicated insurance topics simple and for having exceptional customer service skills. Jessica is a Licensed Insurance Agent in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
  • Rich Potvin

    Licensed Insurance Agent, Medicare & Individual Insurance

    Rich brings over 20 years of financial industry expertise to the JA Counter team. As an Insurance Advocate, Rich provides top-tier administrative support to individual clients in finding individual insurance options by profiling their needs and developing unique tailored solutions. Rich also works with the Transition Counts program to help individuals navigate insurance options after separation of employment. Rich received his bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has gained experience as a lender for area financial institutions where he provided excellent service for his clients. Rich is passionate about the work he does through Kinship of Polk County as a mentor and board member, and also serves on the board of the Friends of the Frederic Library. Rich resides outside of Frederic with his wife, where they enjoy their tandem bicycle, kayaking, gardening, and time with friends, family, their horses and chickens. Rich is a Licensed Insurance Agent in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.
