Protecting Your Health Care Spend

Tuesday, April 30 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am CDT

The changing healthcare landscape means employers are evolving the way they purchase health plans for their employees. Join us to uncover ways employers are adding opportunities to access care and create value for employees; controlling healthcare spend to ensure they can continue to attract and retain top talent within our current labor market.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understanding our current healthcare and health plan landscape.  Understanding where employees and their families are accessing primary care, specialty care and mental health care support.
  2. Employers are seeking equity for their employees, learning the reality of being functionally uninsured or underinsured.  We will discuss how some employers are working to combat the rising cost of care to ensure equity for employees and their families.
  3. Multiple generations in a workforce create a need for strategy that exceeds current scope of decision making and strategy related to health plan design.  Understanding where employees are seeking care, if it is convenient and cost sensible and where employees find value in their overall health plan packages.
