About the Speakers

  • Alicia Schwartz, REBC

    Benefits Consultant, Employee Benefits

    Alicia Schwartz is a Benefit Consultant with JA Counter, Alera. As a Benefit Consultant, she provides guidance on benefit selection, total reward strategies, and the implementation and administration of benefits. Alicia’s goal is to be an extension of your organization, working to strategically plan and develop a world-class total rewards package that meets the needs of the organization and their employees. Alicia has been working for over 20 years within the employer and captive insurance industries. Alicia is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC®) and holds her insurance licenses in for Life, Health and Property and Casualty. She lives in New Richmond with her husband and three sons. She enjoys family time taking long road trips and being outside, as well as DIY projects, tending to her garden and chickens and volunteering in the community.

    Financial Advisor, Wealth Services

    Andy Rineck joined JA Counter in October 2017. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and has 8 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Andy is passionate about working with individuals, families and businesses to create solutions that meet their financial goals. He brings extensive knowledge about investment, estate, and tax planning to assist clients planning for retirement, college savings, budgeting, and expenditure control. Andy is active in the St. Croix Valley and is currently a member of the River Falls Fire Department.
