Associate Account Manager
Brittany is an associate account manager at JA Counter, lending an extra layer of support to some of our largest group clients. Brittany assists both the account manager and account coordinator teams and acts as a flexible puzzle piece, filling in spaces wherever an extra touch may be needed!
She comes from a finance background, leveraging best practices learned in a past life to be ready for anything employee benefits may throw her way. Although new to the insurance world, Brittany is an enthusiastic and tireless learner who is happy work through problems and find solutions.
When outside of the office, you can find Brittany spending time with her three cats and countless indoor plants, doing some baking or listening to music.
