July Employee Spotlight: Rachel Lange

Let’s meet Rachel Lange.  She is… pretty cool!  And we know you love working with her too!  But to get to know a little more about Mrs. Rachel Lange, we thought we would feature her in this month’s Employee Spotlight!

Rachel (recently married congratulations!) and her husband have two fur-babies, Hank and Hunter.  She grew up in Coon Rapids, but also lived in White Bear Lake, Woodbury and Hudson.  She has been living happily in New Richmond for the last 5 years.

Rachel’s hero is her dad.  He is a level headed, kind and goofy man that is a master woodworker in his spare time–he can make anything with an insane amount of detail.  (Pics or it didn’t happen Rachel… just kidding… kind of).

Rachel’s first job was spent at St. Francis High School over two of her own high school summer breaks helping prepare the materials for annual teacher meetings and academic preparations for the math and science departments.

When asked about secret talents Rachel confessed that she was a gymnast from about age four to middle school, and while the majority of those skills have faded, the handstand and cartwheel skills have remained!

Toilet paper hangs over the top… but Rachel is following her husband’s lead on preference based on his own pet peeves.

Rachel enjoys watching Gymnastics on the Olympics and follows a few specific gymnasts.  She enjoys taking her father to a Minnesota Wild game occasionally.  She does NOT like mowing the lawn, mowers terrify her, so she loves that her husband finds this to be a “relaxing” chore.  She has recently started volunteering at Ruby’s Pantry.  And last but not least, she has been a tremendous addition and asset to our team.

Your attention to detail, thorough communication, professionalism, empathy, kind heart and reliability (among many, many other things) are not unnoticed by your teammates, and we are so happy to have you as part of the JAC Family!  Thank you for all you do!
