A Clear View into Implicit Bias with Alonzo Kelly; Alonzo educated on the bias that naturally exists within us, how to recognize and manage those biases, and how to genuinely improve relations with others around us as a result.

- Mark Testa on claim cost containment through orthopedic alternative treatments;

Visualizing 2020 Workforce Wellbeing with Kristi Cherney; Kristi walked us through different research on health and wellbeing, as well as tips and tricks that are not part of usual wellness strategy.
